When you first contact us we will send you a welcome pack then make you an appointment for your initial 15 point consultation. At this visit our customer care coordinator will show you round the practice and go over your paperwork with you. Then you will meet the dentist who will listen to you as you tell us your expectations and requirements. We'll thoroughly check teeth, gums, tongue, cheeks and lips. We may decide to take an x-ray to show in between and underneath your teeth. We will discuss any problems or potential problems and all the options you have to solve them. We will give advice to keep your mouth as healthy as possible. An individual treatment plan will be created and printed out for you together with an estimate of costs. |
